ACMA accepts Family Central, McKay Scholarship and the Florida Pride Scholarship. Family Central: This program is for children two – five years old, needing child care before and aftercare daily. Families must meet program requirements McKay Scholarship qualifications: Your child must have attended a Florida public school for the year prior to applying for the scholarship and must have been enrolled in an E.S.E. or ESOL class. For further information go to www.floridaschoolchoice.org Florida Pride Scholarship qualifications: Your child must have attended a Florida public school for the year prior to applying for the scholarship and the family must meet income standards. For further information go to www.flace.org. ACMA also offers partial scholarships to families with special needs. Please inform administration when calling for an appointment of your intention to apply for our A.C.M.A. scholarship. The following items will be required: Unfortunately, all ACMA scholarships are currently filled. However, you may apply for 2005-2006 school year. The following items will be required: Last three (3) years of W-2 forms (if married we need both parents) Proof of rent/mortgage payment (in your name) Proof of car notes (in your name) All other expenses you are responsible for Copy of credit report (current) 1 page letter stating why you need the assistance and how much you can pay 3 letters of credible reference 100 hours of school volunteer hours (add 20 hours for each additional child)
